However, in the production process, there are often some thorny problems. For example, after the packaging box is formed, the opening area is too large. This is especially true for pharmaceutical packaging cartons. It faces thousands of sick patients. The quality of packaging cartons directly affects the trust of consumers in the products. At the same time, the number of pharmaceutical packaging boxes is small and the specifications are small. The difficulty of solving is even greater. There are many reasons why the opening of the carton is too large after molding. The decisive factors are mainly in two aspects: First, the reasons for the paper include the use of web, the moisture content of the paper, and the fiber direction of the paper. Second, the technical reasons, including surface treatment, the production of templates, the depth of the indentation line and the imposition format. If these two major problems can be solved well, then the problem of carton forming is also solved accordingly.

First, paper is the main factor affecting the carton forming.

As we all know, most of us now use roller paper, and some still import imported paper. Due to site and transport problems, it is required to cut in the country, and the paper storage time after cutting is short. In addition, in the case of some manufacturers with difficult cash flow, they are now selling and buying, so the paper after cutting is large. Some are not completely flat and there is still a tendency to curl. If you buy directly cut sheet paper, the situation is much better, at least it has a certain storage process after cutting. In addition, the water content of the paper must be distributed evenly, and at the same time it must be balanced with the surrounding temperature and humidity. Otherwise, if the time is long, deformation will occur. If the cut paper is stored for a long time and not used in time, the moisture content on the four sides is greater or less than the water content in the middle, and the paper will bend. Therefore, in the process of using cardboard, the same day that the day of cutting is used, it is not appropriate to stack it for too long, to avoid causing deformation of the paper. The opening of the carton after the opening of the carton is too large and the fiber orientation of the paper is a factor. The paper fibers are arranged in a small deformation in the transverse direction and deformed in the vertical direction. If the die-cut line is too deep, the fiber of the paper will be deformed by the pressure; if the die-cut line is too shallow, the paper fiber will not be fully pressed. Due to the elasticity of the paper itself, when the two sides of the carton are formed and folded back, the incision at the edge of the opening expands outwards, and the phenomenon that the opening is opened and opened is too large.

3, in order to ensure a good indentation effect, in addition to the use of appropriate indentation line and high-quality steel knife, but also pay attention to the adjustment of the machine pressure, the selection of rubber strips and standard installation. General printing manufacturers use the form of a sticker board to adjust the depth of the indentation line. We know that the cardboard generally has loose texture and insufficient hardness. The effect of this is that the indentation lines are not very full and durable. If the imported bottom mold material can be used, the indentation lines will be more full.

4, from the imposition format to find ways to solve the paper fiber direction of the main way. Nowadays, the fiber orientation of the paper on the market is basically fixed. Most of them are oriented in the longitudinal direction. The printing of color boxes is based on a certain amount of printing on one, three, or four open pages. The general situation is Without affecting the quality of the product, a piece of paper will be the better, because it will reduce the waste of materials and reduce the cost. However, considering the material cost regardless of the fiber direction, the formed carton will reach Less than the customer's request. In general, the orientation of the paper fibers perpendicular to the opening is ideal.
