The GJB4.6 standard is to evaluate the adaptability of the ship's electronic equipment to work under high relative humidity and environmental conditions accompanied by temperature cycling. Meet the requirements of GJB4.6 standard for constant temperature and humidity test chamber equipment as follows:
1. The working space of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber should be equipped with sensors to monitor the temperature and humidity in the test chamber.
2. The temperature inside the constant temperature and humidity chamber should be able to change between 25 ± 2 ℃ and 40 ± 2 ℃, and the error and rate of change shall be as shown in Article 4.3.3 of the standard and the alternating temperature and heat test control chart.
3. The relative humidity should be able to maintain 93 ± 3% in the high temperature stage, and it should not be less than 95% in the circulating stage. At the turning point of the cycle, in order not to change the relative humidity instantaneously, the relative humidity range is allowed to be widened, as described in Article 4.3.3 of the standard and the control chart of the alternating temperature and heat test.
4. The condensate in the test chamber should be drained continuously, and it will not be used before purification treatment.
5. When the spray humidification test box is used to achieve high humidity conditions, the resistivity of the water used is not less than 500 ohm? M.
6. The air at any point in the working space of the programmable constant temperature and humidity box should flow, but the wind speed should not exceed 1 meter / second.
7. The test box should have well-insulated terminals or devices to ensure that the cable exits in order to test the electrical properties of the test samples in the test box.
8. The condensed water on the inner wall and the top of the constant temperature and humidity test box cannot drip on the test sample.
9. The test chamber should be equipped with observation windows and lighting devices.
