Mactac Launches Xeikon Certified Label Material

Mactac Print Products has launched a series of Saikon-certified paper and film materials that can be used on the Xeikon Xeikon 3000 series of label digital presses. These products also enrich Mactac's digital label product line.

Mactac Printing Products, in partnership with Saikon, ensured that the materials tested had the best printing performance. These materials included a wide variety of facestocks and different combinations of high-performance glues, which also included patent-free leaching of Mactac. The glue, the edge of the glue label material is dry, clean, no glue stains, so the production is cleaner and the printing speed is faster.

“The digital printing market has grown significantly in recent years. We also need to keep up with the pace of the times and continue to enrich our certified products to meet the needs of the digital printing market for labels,” said Allison Hazel, Mactac marketing manager. “We are very pleased to be able to cooperate with Saikang to certify some of our products. This ensures that processing companies can have matching materials and presses to obtain high-quality label products.”

Xeikon's Xeikon 3000 series tag digital phone includes 4 models: 3500, 3300, 3050 and 3030. The print quality of these devices is the same, but the print width is different, with 13 inches (3300 type and 3030 type) and 20.3 inches (3500 type and 3050 type). This entry-level digital press can be further upgraded according to customer needs, upgraded to a wider format and faster speeds. All of these presses can be printed on a variety of materials, including a variety of self-adhesive materials, co-extruded films, BOPP film, PVC, PET, cardboard, and 40-350 grams of paper, as well as transparent and opaque foils. Material, no need for pre-coating before printing.
