1. "Absorbing method" (or "air suction method")

This is the most common labeling technique. When the label paper leaves the conveyor belt, it is distributed onto a vacuum pad, which is connected to the end of a mechanical device. When the mechanism is stretched until the label contacts the package, it is retracted and the label is attached to the package. This technology reliably achieves correct labeling with high accuracy. This method is very suitable for top labeling where the height of a product package has a certain degree of variation, or for labeling on the side of a package that is difficult to handle, but it is The labeling speed is slower.

2. "Blow method" (or "jet method")

Some of the operating methods of this technique are similar to the above-mentioned suction method, that is, the label is placed on a vacuum surface mat and fixed until the attachment operation starts. However, in this method the vacuum surface is kept stationary, the label is fixed and positioned on a "vacuum grid" which is a plane with several hundred small holes above it, these holes are used to maintain the formation " Air jets." From these "air jets", a stream of compressed air is blown out. The pressure is so strong that the tag on the vacuum grid is moved and attached to the packaged article. This is a complex technology with high accuracy and reliability.

3. "Erase method" (or "brush method")

The third method of labeling is referred to as synchronous labeling, which can also be referred to as "wipe method", "brush method" or "contact paste method." At the time of labeling, the product immediately takes the label when the front edge portion of the label is adhered to the package. In this type of labeling machine, this method can only be successful if the package speed is consistent with the label dispensing speed. This is a technology that needs to maintain continuous operations, so its labeling efficiency is greatly improved, and it is mostly suitable for high-speed and high-efficiency automated pharmaceutical packaging production lines.

In addition, a second device such as a brush or a roller is also indispensable for the attachment of the tag to meet the complete and appropriate requirements.

The first and second methods of the above three methods are commonly used for the labeling of wet glue labels, and the third method is mainly used for the labeling of stickers.
