Main operating station (main touch screen)

The main operation station adopts GOT97 to control and use the bus communication method to communicate with the PLC to speed up the letter rate. The main screen of the GOT is 5 pages including the cover, print control screen, parameter setting screen, stepper motor control screen, and fault drawing. Touch keys are used to switch between screens. The fault screen automatically pops up when the machine fails.

1. The first screen is the parameter setting function as follows:

1) Display printing speed, display folding count value, bundle counting value printing technology. Tag count value.
2) Control counting starts: pauses, resets the count, prepares the total working position of the tip and flips the position of the flip bar.
3) Set the paper thickness, printing specifications, number of printed bales, and the number of folds per mark.

The data setting method takes the input paper thickness as an example:

The paper thickness is expressed by the weight of the paper. The machine paper range is from 30 to 120, and the unit is: grams per square meter. The accuracy is 1 gram. If the paper thickness or setting value is changed, the hole pitch and feed roller speed will be automatically Then change accordingly.

The setting procedure is as follows:

a. Press the Paper Thickness key to automatically pop up the data entry window.

b. Press the start keyboard and use the 10 numeric keys on the screen to input the value. The input value displays the paper thickness value displayed in the frame window. If the input value is correct, press the enter key to save the input value in the PLC. D310 area. Press the pause button again to stop the input.

c. Press the Paper Thickness key again to close the paper thickness input operation.

The printing specifications, the number of printed bundles, and the method for setting the number of copies per mark are the same as above, and the input data is stored in the D311, D305, and D306 areas of the PLC, respectively.

4) The paper tail is ON; the connector detection is ON; the paper tail and paper connector detection are effective when the selection button is ON. The tail detection is related to the placement position of the roll paper. That is, it must be placed on the operation surface or on the transmission surface. That is, M represents the operation surface and G represents the transmission surface, and the selection or error does not work. The break switch selection is the same as the tail selection.

2. The second screen is the print control function as follows:

1) Display printing speed and folding count.

2) Control counting starts, pauses counting; unit selection; fine-tune versioning; edge adjustment; edge adjustment; manual spray; marking; total preparation.

When making a fine adjustment, when manually spraying water, press the color group selection key first, otherwise it is invalid.

Weekly register adjustment (jogging operation): Press the button of the selected unit and move it in the specified direction. Press the jog key once to move the selected unit by 0.1mm if continuous jog printing technology. Then move continuously.

Manual water spray: Press and hold the spray button, and the selected unit will be sprayed with water. If you stop the button, the spray will stop.

Fine-tuning the edge hole (jog operation): Press the edge hole fine-tune button to move in the direction defined by the key.

Folding adjustment (manual operation): Pressing the Folding Adjustment button moves the printing technology in the direction defined by the key.

Marking (manual operation): Press the mark button to mark, raise your hand to stop marking. When the marker counts back to work, the marker is automatically marked for 0.3 seconds when the count is set to the set value.

3) Set the guide roller conductance, hole pitch correction, feed roller tension ratio control to set how fast or slow the ratio of the circumferential speed of the guide roller is. Set the value range -100% to +100% with an accuracy of 1%.

The hole pitch (pitch) and the tension setting depend on the following factors: web thickness, web feed length, and feed roller speed at the entrance and exit of the processing unit. Set the hole pitch to correspond to the 3m hole length and the reference. The setting range is -10mm to +10mm with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The setting method is the same as above, and the data is temporarily stored in the D area. When the data is set or the input operation is closed, the D area data is read by the PLC program.

3. The third screen is stepper motor control, which controls the stepper motor to adjust the input data. The adjustment steps are as follows:

1) Select the unit to be adjusted and the input window will pop up automatically.

2) Press the start key and input data with 10 digital data. Input the value display in the set value display box. If the input value is correct, press the Enter key to save the input data in the D area of ​​the PLC. Press a pause button to stop the input.

3) Then press the NC start key to start. To stop halfway, press the NC stop key.

4, the fourth five screen fault screen, when the machine fails, the fault screen automatically pops up, and in the corresponding position shows the fault point, and there are lights flashing, when a position is displayed as black yellow, touch A pop-up window in this position allows you to see a more detailed fault location. Press the Close button to return to the print operation screen.
