Corrugated packaging of Netto

The title map is a very common cardboard box for household appliances. However, unlike the general box, it also has a well-designed package inner tray made of E corrugated paper between the box and the package. Packaging is a container for goods. The packaging mainly plays the role of containing, protecting, and propagating the packed goods, while the packaging inner tray cooperates with the packaging to fasten, separate, shockproof, and compress the packed articles. Its combination with the packaging box further strengthens the protection of the packaging to the product.

It has been a long time to use paper materials as packaging fillers. People used waste paper and paper edges to fasten cushioned fragile and easy-to-use animal products. The earliest non-injection cartridges that we used to see were paper-folded, commodity-isolated, shock-proof inserts. This type of packaging is still in use today. However, with the development of the plastics industry, the use of molded foam plastics has become fashionable. However, the “white pollution” that ensued forced people to study new materials and processing techniques such as blister and pulp molds.

Corrugated paper is the most familiar packaging material for packaging printers and packaging designers. Its light weight, low cost, high flexural strength, flexibility and environmental protection are recognized as the best renewable resources. Moreover, using it to make packaging trays requires only the use of existing mature processes and equipment, regardless of design or processing, so corrugated cardboard is certainly the best choice for making packaging trays. This technology is therefore also widely developed at home and abroad.
