The transparent label has three layers, namely two (printed layers), a glue layer, and a bottom plate.

The surface material of beer standard is usually BOPP, because it has a certain degree of stiffness suitable for high-speed labeling. BOPP printability is also very good, available relief, gravure, flexo, screen printing, etc., and can also be hot stamping gold and silver.

The glue can be either emulsifiable or agent-based. However, if the labelled bottle enters the sterilizer after filling, the emulsion-based glue label is not suitable because the emulsified base glue breaks the transparent effect when it turns white due to heat. Of course, no matter which kind of glue must be kept transparent and adhesive after refrigerating and soaking.

PET or PP film can be used as the bottom paper, 30um thick PET than the corresponding PP film can be better fixed on the label wheel.

The flexo printing equipment used is one that can be printed on the front and back side with peeling printing, hot stamping, pressing and die cutting. Before transferring the printed transparent label, the company made appropriate improvements to the machine. Firstly, the most advanced tension system has been updated and the die-cut has been improved. It is required that the equipment manufacturers increase the relative parallelism of the die-cutting roll, adjust the hardness of the cutting tool, and adjust the angle of the cutting edge so that the die can be pressed without pressing the surface material, reducing the die-cutting vibration, increasing the degree of registration, and adjusting the angle of recycling. , change the pressure knife to cut and so on.

In order to achieve the best labeling effect, the label and the bottle body should not have more than 0.3mm concave and convex areas, because it will produce air bubbles and wrinkles. The bottle must be dry, clean and free from dirt, and the temperature must not be lower than 18°C. The static performance of the equipment is better.
