At first, I always thought that the interface of PhotoshopCS3 will refer to PremierePro2 and other video and audio software, which seems to be not the case.
The biggest change in PhotoshopCS3 is the toolbox, which becomes scalable, and can be long single and short double.

There is more "convert to smart filter" in the filter, which is used in conjunction with the smart layer.
