The HF(A)-3 honeycomb paper core machine adopts a longitudinal continuous sizing form, which is wound in eight pieces into a whole paper core, pressed by a press machine, then cut into core strips by a paper cutter, and then butt-stretched into a honeycomb paper core. The machine adopts hydraulic high-strength butt joint and differential stretching method to connect the honeycomb core strips, so that the cores of docking and stretching have no breakage and degumming phenomenon, and the products are evenly distributed on the six sides, and the rules of bees and holes greatly increase production efficiency and reduce The labor intensity of manual docking ensures the quality of running docking. The maximum width of the aircraft up to 1600mm, honeycomb side length of 6 ~ 16mm. HF(B)-3 Honeycomb Paperboard Production Line consists of paper core automatic docking machine, honeycomb stretching machine, upper paper holder, cardboard sizing machine, compound dryer, roller conveyor, and synchronous follow-cutting machine. The production line uses fuel oil. The hot air circulation board drying method greatly reduces the production cost and ensures the dryness and flatness of the paperboard. The most important feature is that there is no special requirement on the paper, which is basically the same as the production of corrugated board paper. The machine is fully automated with a maximum speed of 10m/min, a board width of 1300mm, a board thickness of 8-100mm, and a cutting board range of 500-3000mm.
