Discharge may occur around flammable solvents and inks causing fire. It also often strikes the operator's body, especially the fingers, causing the operator to operate erroneously and to have problems that should not occur. In terms of printing quality, static electricity is also like a magnet. Adsorption of dust and fluff from the air onto the surface of the printed material will result in the appearance of pinholes or small white spots on the graphic. The discharge of static electricity can also damage the surface coating of materials and affect the discharge of labels.

Elimination of static electricity can be started from the following aspects: 1 Strictly control the humidity and temperature of the printing shop, and try not to generate static electricity in the working environment. The ideal temperature of the label printing factory is 20-25 C, and the relative humidity is 50%-60%.
