1, separation process requirements:

Water temperature of 40-50 degrees warm water can be added before the separation of 1% -3% of sodium hydroxide, which can improve the separation effect and efficiency.

2. Before disassembling, install the equipment according to the instructions and check whether there is abnormality in the separator and turn on the power.

First add warm water and chemical drugs to the separator. The water level is added to 2/3 of the tank volume. The motor is started. When the water is rotated and put into raw materials, the separation time is determined according to the degree of difficulty of the separation of raw materials when the equipment is first operated. The general separation of raw materials can be completely separated in 30-40 minutes, and the separation can be completely separated in 20 minutes. Pulp and water first enter the No. 1 pool through the discharge port. Then, the pulp is sent to the inclined screen by a pulp pump. The pulp fibers and water are separated by an inclined sieve.
