1, separation process requirements:

4. The separated plastic is discharged through the discharge port, and then enters the cleaning tank 1 and the cleaning tank 2 for manual washing. Since the washed water contains a small amount of pulp, it needs to enter the No. 1 pond for treatment, and the pulp and water are separated.
Pulp and water first enter the No. 1 pool through the discharge port. Then, the pulp is sent to the inclined screen by a pulp pump. The pulp fibers and water are separated by an inclined sieve.
