1. The running version of printing is inconsistent with the shades of color. Because the position of the printing cylinder is fixed, the reason for running the plate is mainly due to the instability of the trajectory of the cardboard in relative motion. The cause of the instability of the track is that the running speed of the paper board is not uniform, the starting point position is not fixed, and the force received during the running is unbalanced, such as the unbalanced force acting on the paper board running on the paper guide wheel and the baffle.

The reason for the inconsistency of color is mainly due to the fact that the amount of ink is caused by the separation sheet feeding.

2. The groove depth is inconsistent. Slotting is an important process for forming corrugated boxes. The inconsistency of groove depth will seriously affect the quality of corrugated boxes. If the grooving tool is adjusted correctly, the reason for the inconsistency of the groove depth is that the paper feeding process has a problem that the direction of advance of the corrugated cardboard is not perpendicular to the axial direction of the grooving tool. The reason for this phenomenon is that several feeders are not in a straight line and are offset from each other, so that the trajectory of the cardboard entering the slot is skewed.

3. The box is not square. Carton manufacturing dimensions are length 1 = length 2, width 1 = width 2+ lap spacing. Therefore, the box should be square after the corrugated box is formed. Because the length 1 = length 2, the outer flaps should be aligned. If the outer flaps are not flush, it means that the box is not correct. The cause of this phenomenon is the same as the second problem, that is, if the slotting, cutting angle, and pressure roller adjustment are correct, then the cardboard advance direction is not perfectly perpendicular to the slot cut angle and the axial direction of the pressure roller. In other words, it is because several paper feeders are arranged inconsistently, which causes the paperboard to be deflected during the process of entering the slot and pressing the wire.

4. Die cutting position is not allowed. In particular, the platform die-cutting machine is a die-cutting machine in which the corrugated cardboard and the mold are finished in motion. If the trajectory is not well-handed, it is easy to produce errors. To achieve accurate die-cutting, it is difficult to meet quality standards without paper-feeding technology that is mechanically logical.

5. Touch line deflection. For low-grade paperboards, it is better to use a threader to finish transverse pressure lines. However, if there is a deviation in the feed, the pressure line will be skewed, run, and there will be scraps.

6. Other defective products. Due to the paper feeding error, many defective products are easily caused. For example, if the joints are too short or have no joints, they are cut open and slit, etc., and these boards will become waste products. Therefore, the paper-feeding process is not very careful, and it is not strictly required. It will cause great waste.

1. Strengthen training and improve the knowledge level and practical skills of operating workers. Paper-feeding operators should understand the basic knowledge of mechanics and must be able to control the balance of various forces in the paperboard movement system in order to keep the trajectory of the paperboard in motion stable, maintain a straight line, and advance at constant speed without accelerating. Deceleration and offset. Platform die-cutting machine operators also need to be good at calculating and mastering corrections, such as advance, post-load, and so on.

2. Adjust and control the working status of the paper feeding system. In addition to the tool adjustments that must be made, each production preparation must also carefully inspect and adjust the paper feeding system. In particular, each row of paper feeders must be adjusted and kept in a line with no front-to-back error. This is an important process to ensure accurate slotting and squareness of the box. It must be accurate. There is such an example: The minimum paper width of a slot machine is 350mm, but in production, even if the width is not less than 350mm from the plate, the slot is not the same depth, made people unable to do anything. Later, after careful observation and analysis, the sub-reason was finally found. It turns out that the feeders are not arranged in a line. After a strict adjustment of the feeder to achieve accuracy, not only can the slot width of 350mm or more cardboard be accurately slotted, but also the slot width of 280mm can be smoothly grooved, and the depth is basically the same. This is also the case with respect to the issue of shaking the lid. Therefore, in the production, the paper feeding system, especially for each row of paper feeders, must be carefully inspected and adjusted so as to maintain accurate paper feeding conditions. There must be absolutely no sloppy and slacking.

3, the operation of the paper feeder must be serious, focus on energy, action should be accurate.
