Third, the elimination of common faults

2. The cigarette pack does not play with the tape. The treatment method is to check whether the soldering iron temperature regulator is in the required temperature position, usually the temperature is 300C. If the temperature is too high, it will be easy to break after thinning, and the temperature is too low to stick. Check whether the delivery belt is loose or not. In general, if the loosen is a nut, the looseness of the sent belt will cause the belt to slide out to the side and cannot reach the standard position. The cassette is also a very common problem. During the boot process, due to improper operation or the strap is not conformed, it will cause the strap to be stuck in the strap. This necessitates the removal of the belt straps next to the conveyor belts, picks up the straps that are stuck inside, and blows out the remaining inside of the straps and dust with compressed air.

Fourth, change strapping

To change the straps, do not panic, calm and stable.
