1. Product Introduction

The BS printing performance improver is a cationic high molecular polymer. The product has the characteristics of high resin content, good stability, and good water solubility, and is similar to Nop-che161 of the United States and Sumirca 636 of Sumitomo Corporation of Japan. Can be widely used in newsprint, offset printing, coated paper and specialty paper. The continuous use of Wuhan Chenming Paper Co., Ltd. (150000 tons/year newsprint) and other manufacturers within and outside the province showed that the product has the following characteristics and performance:

1. Because of its low molecular weight and high cationic charge characteristics, it is possible to neutralize (catching) anionic trash in the system, thereby reducing the amount of aluminum sulfate or other cationic stabilizer.
2. Due to the cationic nature of the auxiliaries, the retention of fine fibers and fillers can be significantly increased.
3, can improve the oil and water resistance of paper and paperboard, improve the paper's shape recessive.
4, enhance the tensile strength of paper, reduce the high-speed printing process in the end of the phenomenon, improve printing efficiency.
5, reduce the phenomenon of hair loss in the printing process, improve the paper's absorption of ink, make the print clear, uniform color, bright.
6, long-term use of this product, can form a special layer of film on the surface of the dryer, make the paper sheet quickly peel the main dryer (similar to dryer stripper). This feature is extremely beneficial for the production of low-quantity paper grades in terms of speed and yield.

Third, dosage and usage

Diluted this product 5-10 times, directly into the slurry pool; or added to the high tank after dilution online, the amount of dry pulp per ton is 4 ~ 8kg. Do not add with anionic chemicals.

Fourth, packaging, transportation and storage

This product is suitable for storage at room temperature, do not place near the heat source or in the sun, do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to it, do not long-term storage after dilution. When not in use, the container should be sealed and kept free from harmful bacterial contamination. The storage period is six months. Transport as non-dangerous goods.
This product is packed in 125kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums. If special requirements can be negotiated and resolved.
