7.6 Troubleshooting
The important role of the oil circuit has been described in detail in machine maintenance, so its troubleshooting is more practical. The ideal working state of the oil circuit is: sufficient oil supply, stable, and to ensure that the parts to be lubricated are in a normal working state. The general method for troubleshooting the oil circuit is analyzed by the transmission chain diagram of the oil circuit.
1. Oil tank temperature oil
(L) The fuel supply tank is not well sealed and resealed;
(2) The oil level is too high. Do not add oil when the machine is running, and remove excess oil.
2. The front filter does not allow oil
(1) The filter is clogged and reloaded after cleaning;
(2) The filter is not placed in the oil tank. Take measures to ensure that the filter is always under the oil surface.
3. Oil system does not add oil
(1) The gap between the internal teeth of the oil pump is too large. Remove and reinstall or replace the relevant parts;
(2) The gap between the two ends of the oil pump is too large. Remove and reinstall or replace the relevant parts;
(3) The key connected between the internal gear of the pump and the shaft is not installed;
(4) Reinstall the oil leakage at the oil pipe joints at both ends of the oil pump.
4. Rear filter does not allow oil
(L) After the dirt on the surface of the filter is cleaned, reload it;
(2) The internal oil passage of the filter is not smooth, remove and reinstall.
5. Oil supply pipe â… does not allow oil
(L) Replace the oil supply pipe in the inner plug of the oil supply pipe I;
(2) The oil supply pipe â… has a hard fold and replace the oil supply pipe;
(3) Reinstall the oil leakage at the joint.
6. The oil separator valve works badly
(1) Remove the internal clogging of the oil separation valve and clean it again;
(2) The oil quantity adjustment at each oil-separating position of the oil-separating valve is not suitable, and the appropriate weight adjustment oil quantity control screw is adjusted;
(3) Reinstall the oil leakage at the two ends of the oil separation valve.
7. Oil supply pipe â…¡ does not allow oil
(1) The oil supply pipe II does not adjust its position relative to the position of the oil eye so that it fits correctly;
(2) Other failures of fuel supply pipe II are the same as fuel supply pipe I.
8. No oil in the oil eye
(1) The oil eye is blocked to clean the oil eye;
(2) Reinstall the oil leakage at the oil eye and the oil pipe joint.
9. The return pipe â… is not smooth
(1) The oil return eye is not opened and the oil return eye is reopened;
(2) The oil return eye is blocked and the oil return eye is cleaned.
10. Leakage in the return tank
The troubleshooting is the same as the fuel tank
11. Return pipe â…¡ is not smooth
(1) The oil return pipe â…¡ is blocked and cleaned again;
(2) The oil return pipe II position is too high and reinstall.
