(1), paper:

For the above-mentioned adverse effect on the product quality caused by the paper problem, the following methods can generally be used for quality control in terms of process technology:

1, pre-printed with humidity treatment, after the paper arrives at the workshop, it is cooled and cooled to make it balanced and stable with the temperature of the workshop, so that the moisture distribution of each part of the paper is even;

2, in the printing control of the layout of water, reduce the paper expansion;

3. Spray water mist on dry, electrostatically charged paper to eliminate static electricity;

(2) Ink:

In the production process of books and magazines, the problems of loose powder and pile rubber are predominantly caused by rough paper and soft texture, and are also closely related to the viscosity of the printing ink. The relationship between the viscosity of the ink and the tensile strength of the surface under the paper surface is relevant. To prevent the paper from falling, firstly reduce the viscosity of the ink, that is, dilute the ink, add and release additives, and adjust the printing pressure appropriately so that the paper and ink viscosity match best.

(3) Equipment:
