2) Packaging machine The cartoning machine is a machine used for product sales and packaging. It will take a piece of quantitative material into the box and close or seal the opening of the box. The packing machine is used to complete the transportation and packaging. It packs the packing products into a box according to a certain arrangement and quantity, and closes or seals the opening portion of the box. Both the cartoning machine and the cartoner have the functions of container forming (or opening the container), metering, loading and sealing. The typical working principle and flow are as follows: the filling machine positions the hose container, seals the end of the container after filling, and then sends it to the cartoning machine. The cartoning machine first shapes the box blanks, wraps the hoses with liners, and pushes them into the box to close the box opening. The small boxes are sent to the large box machine for stacking by the conveying device. After a predetermined number of stacks are stacked, the large box blanks form a container in a wrapper manner, while the small box is loaded thereinto, and the sizing sealing is performed. The large boxes are transported to the boxing machine for stacking, and are loaded into the opened box after reaching a predetermined amount. After the box is packed, the box cover is sizing and sealed by a sealing and gluing machine, and an adhesive tape is applied at the position where the cover tongue is evenly slit, or the box is tied tightly by using a strapping machine.

4, liquid filling machine according to the filling principle can be divided into normal pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine and vacuum filling machine.

1) Atmospheric filling machine is filled by liquid under its own weight under atmospheric pressure. This kind of filling machine is divided into two kinds of time filling and constant volume filling. It is only suitable for filling low viscosity liquids without gas, such as milk, wine and so on.

2) The pressure filling machine is filled above atmospheric pressure and can also be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and it is filled by the liquid flowing into the bottle by its own weight. It is called isobaric filling; the other is that the pressure in the reservoir is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by differential pressure. High-speed production lines mostly use this method. Pressure filling machines are suitable for the filling of liquids containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne and so on.

3) The vacuum filling machine fills the bottle at a pressure below atmospheric pressure. The filling machine has a simple structure and high efficiency, and has a wide range of viscosity adaptability to materials, such as oil, syrup, wine, and the like. The working principle and flow are generally as follows: the boxes with empty bottles are stacked on the trays and are sent to the unloading trays by the conveyor belts. The trays are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the boxer with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken from the boxes. In the middle, the empty box is sent to the washing machine through the conveyor belt, cleaned, and then sent to the side of the packing machine so that the bottle containing the beverage can be loaded therein. The empty bottles taken from the box loader are sent to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. After inspection by the bottle inspection machine, the bottle bottles meet the cleaning standards and enter the filling machine and capping machine. The beverage is filled into the bottle by the filling machine. Bottles filled with beverages are capped and sealed by a capping machine and transported to a labeling machine for labelling. After being labeled, they are sent to a boxing machine to be loaded into a box, and then sent to a stacking tray to be stacked on a tray and sent to the warehouse.

5. The workflow of bottle filling lines for various beverages is basically similar. However, due to the different nature of beverages, the filler and capper used are also different.
