Third, the paper delivery system

Including paper delivery mechanism, front paper transfer roller, etc.

1) Conjugate cam-driven down-swing paper delivery mechanism (advanced down-swing paper delivery mechanism is used to extend paper positioning time, good dynamic characteristics, stable paper delivery, and is conducive to registration in high-speed printing). 4. Printing cylinder

Including impression cylinder, rubber cylinder, plate cylinder, clutch pressure control mechanism and pressure adjustment mechanism, etc.

1) Impression cylinder (the impression cylinder adopts the form of double-diameter cylinder, the paper transfer in printing tends to be flat sheet type, which reduces the curvature of the paper, which is beneficial to thick paper printing. It is the same type of multi-color offset printing produced in China recently. The machine can best print thick paper and the only type of offset press that undertakes various packaging products).

3) Rubber roller

* The surface diameter of the naked roller is 243.6mm, the diameter of the roller pillow is 250.05mm, and the width is 22mm.
* Drum support, double-row tapered roller bearing, pre-tightened before leaving the factory.
* A single eccentric sleeve is used for the support at both ends of the cylinder, which is also used for clutch pressure control and printing pressure adjustment.
* Handwheel for printing pressure adjustment with adjustment indicator, pressure adjustment is performed on the control side.

The operation of separating and closing the pressure during printing of the printing cylinder is controlled by a logic program. In the man-machine interface and each color group, the working state of the color group can be controlled by the three-position switch (automatic, manual and prohibited).

According to user needs, it can be equipped with a logic program and a pneumatic operating system consisting of specially customized cylinders to jointly control the clutch and pressure mechanism.

5. Paper transfer roller

6. Ink supply system

Including ink supply mechanism, ink leveling mechanism, ink mechanism and ink washing device. The reconfigured ink supply system has the characteristics of fast ink discharge, strong ink distribution and large ink storage coefficient.

1) Ink supply mechanism, can be configured with traditional ink fountain (standard configuration) or remote zone ink fountain (optional configuration)

* Traditional ink fountain (standard configuration), manual control of ink volume.

* The ink fountain roller is driven independently by the motor, stepless speed regulation, the adjustment is concentrated on the touch screen man-machine interface, and the amount of ink is displayed in% and bar graph.
* The ink volume of the remote zone ink fountain (optional configuration) is controlled by the regional ink knife driven by a small motor. If necessary, it can be adjusted individually by the knob on the small motor.

2) The pressure of the ink discharge roller, ink fountain roller, and ink cross roller can be adjusted separately. The working state is controlled by logic program and cylinder. However, in the man-machine interface and each color group, the working requirements of the color group can be realized through the three-position switch (automatic, manual and prohibited).

3) ink leveling system

* Four steel inking rollers, covered with rubber and plastic materials. Adjustable stroke. Maximum series travel: 26mm, minimum series travel: 0.

4) Inking roller, quantity: 4.

* The pressure of the inking roller and printing plate can be adjusted separately by the inking roller.

5) Removable plate-shaped ink washer, black oil-resistant rubber scraper can be replaced. The machine is equipped with a dedicated button for washing ink.
