The first step is to treat the painted wooden flooring of the sports floor. Before painting, check the flatness of the sports wood floor. The height difference within the range of 3 meters should not exceed 2mm.
The second step is to carry out sports floor primer construction. Sports wood floor primers are generally made of environmentally friendly primer with strong permeability and adhesion, and the entire site is brushed again with a drag device. The main effect is to enhance the adhesion between the topcoat and sports wood flooring.
The third step is to use a polishing machine to polish the paint surface. When brushing a sports wood floor primer, bubbles are inevitably generated. The main purpose of polishing is to eliminate these bubbles.
The fourth step is to carry out the top coat construction. After handling the primer, begin applying the sports floor finish.
After the fifth step, after all the procedures are completed, ventilation is required for 8-12 hours. Do not use the paint until it has completely dried.
