How to Avoid Print Amalgamation Failure in Offset Printing

In offset printing production, there is a direct relationship between the delivery of the paper and the offset system of the offset press, the positioning system, the transfer system, the water delivery and infusion system, and the delivery system. In order to ensure that the problem does not occur again, it is necessary to analyze the relevant factors that cause problems and conduct inspections based on their internal links. The standardization operation that adjusts each factor to the best condition is the scientific method. as follows:

1. Paper delivery system

To ensure normal and stable feeding, you must grasp the following points: Pressing the foot part - must be leveled. The front of the paper stack is 2~3mm below the flush paper block. The paper suction nozzle should be in place, and should be returned as soon as possible after the paper is put. The feeding nozzle should fall to a low point in the suction state and run smoothly. The timing between the presser foot, the paper dispensing nozzle, the delivery nozzle, and the first paper guide roller should be in the standard state.

2. GPS

The positioning system includes front gauge, point pressure and side gauge. Their standards are as follows:

1 former rules. The two front gauges are on the same horizontal line, so that each unit of the paper conveying system can hold the paper in the range of 2 to 4 mm. At this time, the front gauge should be fixed and must not be tampered with.

2 Electrical teeth. Before the rules drop, the paper is in place. At this point, the distance between the front end of the teeth and the front edge of the paper is about 1 mm.

3 side gauges. The oscillating weight of the oscillating device is just squeezing the paper, and the side gauge pressing paper has just been lifted. At this moment, the paper should be under the common control of both, and the maximum height of lifting should be greater than 450.

3. Paper transfer system

The transfer system includes a swinger, a transfer roller, and a chain row. Their standard state is as follows:

1 swinger. When the wobbler cam is at the minimum surface, the tension spring has a slight pulling force, and at this time, a gap of 20 filaments is maintained between the roller and the cam. When the swinging device and the front transfer roller are in contact with each other, the horizontal distance between the pad is about 20 wires.

2 The functional units of the transfer system. The gingival gingiva is about 2-4mm, the angulation angle of the cavities should be greater than 450, and the front of the cavities should be level. The cavities should be as small as possible under the premise of holding the paper.

4. Imprinting system

Wash the roller of the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder, press the fuse after the pressure and measure the thickness of the pressed fuse. This thickness is the pressure between the two rollers.

5. Water supply and ink supply system

1 In the normal printing, the ink roller is evenly and inkless, and the sound is even and the ink is thick and imprinted.

2 The grasp of water is that when the printed matter is dirty and the print is full and thick, the smaller the amount of water, the better.

6. Paper delivery system

1 Align the front, back, left and right positions of the cardboard with the specifications of the printed materials;

2 The paper has just been put on the chain and the side of the cardboard has just moved outward;

3 After the suction fan suction paper should be smooth;

4 The clearance between the rear suction wheel and the lower suction opening should be about 20 wires;

5 The angle of opening the teeth of the chain should be about 20:

6 The amount of suction on the suction wheel decreases from the middle to both sides.
