In order to investigate the feasibility of CAMSIZER digital imaging particle analyzer for polypropylene powder testing, the particle size distribution of polypropylene powder samples was tested using CAMSIZER digital imaging particle analyzer, the repeatability of the test results was investigated, and the The instrument's function of obtaining particle sphericity data and particle photos at the same time in the particle size distribution test was verified. The results show that the particle size distribution test has a high degree of automation, fast test speed, and good repeatability. Compared with the screening method, the workload is greatly reduced; while performing the particle size distribution test, the sphericity data and particle projection photos of the particles can be obtained.
