Five years later, under the joint promotion of the National Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Bureau and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, green printing has become the main direction leading the development of the industry during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†with the participation of the entire industry and the entire industry chain. The results are obvious to all.
Improve quality and efficiency
After years of rapid development of China's printing industry, the traditional extensive expansion has not been adapted to the new market conditions, the implementation of green printing to promote China's printing industry from quantitative expansion to quality improvement. Mainly in:
First, the proportion of high-quality and environmentally-friendly products continues to increase. In 2011, China did not have a green printing product in the strict sense. Today, green printing products have covered various fields such as publications, bills, and packaging.
Second, the level of technical equipment has been accelerated. Environmental protection technologies, processes and equipment have been promoted. “Internet Plus†and various on-demand digital printing technologies are widely used in various types of printing products. The number of CTPs in the country has grown from 5,500 units in 2011 to over 10,000 units currently.
Third, energy-saving emission reduction has achieved remarkable results. The printing industry is accelerating the transition to low-energy, low-emission, high-output production methods.
Fourth, the company's internal management continued to optimize. According to the requirements of the green printing standards, many companies have established product and service security systems and their management levels have been improved.
V. Promoted the environmental protection process of the entire industry chain. More and more publishing units take the initiative to adopt green printing. It is understood that from June 1st, 2016, all published books will be printed in green; and various printing equipment and equipment suppliers will accelerate research and development. Industrial restructuring
Under the guidance of the green printing policy, under the encouragement of the green printing project funds, the green printing market mechanism has played an effective role in allocating resources and has accelerated the pace of industrial restructuring.
First, the output value of green printing continues to increase. Within a few short years, China's enterprises that have obtained green printing certification have grown from scratch. At present, they have reached 925, accounting for less than 1% of the country's total, but their output value has accounted for about 15% of the country's total.
Second, the competitiveness of enterprises continues to increase. Green printing has been recognized as an important embodiment of the company's quality advantage, and has become an important weight to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The 95 national printing demonstration enterprises identified by the General Administration of China have basically achieved green printing.
Third, green printing has become a new selling point for publications. The concept of green printing has formed a wide consensus in society. When trying to search with the keyword of “green printingâ€, there are nearly 1,500 kinds of green printed publications for Dangdang.
Fourth, green printing has accelerated the pace of survival of the fittest in the industry. Through the use of green printing for primary and secondary school textbooks, the level of intensification of publications has been raised, and a number of outdated production capacities and SMEs have been eliminated.
Accelerate Fusion Innovation
Under the background of the current economic downturn and the slowdown in the growth of the printing industry, the implementation of green printing has broadened the path for industrial integration innovation.
First, green printing has become one of the issues that enterprises must consider when expanding their production capacity and upgrading their files. For example, if a dominant company builds a new factory, it must consider whether it meets the green standard.
Second, green printing has become one of the important directions for corporate technological innovation. For example, Henan Xinhua Printing Group's small-input transformation of its original technology has greatly increased its production efficiency. It has also established a POD connection in the real process of digitizing the entire process, and achieved a print -on-demand printing .
Third, green printing has become the first of all problems to be studied in the regional integration and development. For example, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Green Printing Business Exchange Conference is a good example, and it is also a direct action to implement the national strategy for the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. In addition, the promotion of the copy-reservation power-on-line filing system to enable Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to take the lead in Unicom has also provided a boost for development.
Fourth, green printing has become an important element in product design and implementation of differentiated operations. Environmental protection, economy, and convenience have become an important concept in the design of current books and commodity packaging.
Fifth, green printing has become an important means of innovation management. For example, the Beijing Press, Publication, Radio, and Broadcasting Bureau and the three major e-commerce companies have launched the “Green Printing Books Online Sales Demonstration Zoneâ€, which effectively links the green printing and distribution management; Hebei Xiong County adopts the PPP model (government and private capital cooperation The model of infrastructure construction) The treatment of VOCs pollution in the packaging and printing industry is a concrete manifestation of innovation management.
Support from the government and relevant departments
In the past five years, green printing has been promoted and promoted. All aspects have given the printing industry more attention and support.
First, the state has given special support for green printing. In the past three years, the Central Cultural Asset Management Office has provided a total of 550 million yuan in special funds for green printing. This year, it has given the printing industry 15 projects with support of 57 million yuan.
Second, local governments have also given special support. This year, Beijing, Shanghai, Anhui and other places have 30 million yuan, 6 million yuan and 1 million yuan in special award funds.
Third, green printing has become an active choice for all parties in the industry to expand their work. The “Green Printing Collaborative Innovation Base†proactively proposed by the Beijing Institute of Printing, and the “National Green Printing Display and Exchange Base†initiatively proposed by the China Printing Museum have been approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television.
