Komori will release two new presses to the world for the first time at Ipex 06 to expand its range of sheetfed offset presses. It is understood that the two new types of presses the company will present at its own booth (Hall 5, Booth B10) are the B2 Lithrone LS29 series color printer and the B1 Lithrone LS40SP Super Perfector double-sided printer.
The new Lithrone LS29 series printers are specifically designed to meet the needs of the market for multi-functional highly automated color B2 printers. In addition to the B2 Lithrone LS29P press, Komori will also exhibit its second new press B1 Lithrone at Ipex.
The LS40SP, this press is Komori's first S-Series double-layered Lithrone press. According to the company, the biggest feature of the double-layer Lithrone SP double-sided press is high productivity. Its productivity level can reach three times that of ordinary single-sided printing presses.
