Test the thermal efficiency of the side suction and loop suction integrated stove

In order to make the experimental results comparable, four kinds of side suction type integrated stoves and four types of ring suction type integrated stoves were selected in this experiment (all integrated stoves use the same rated heat load, and the exhaust device has the same power at the highest gear. The hood and the stove are all in the form of direct fire. The diameter and depth of the cavity of the ring-suction integrated stove are the same, and the size and height of the side of the side suction integrated stove are the same.
First, the test conditions are 12t natural gas, the ambient temperature is 17 degrees Celsius, the gas temperature is 17.2 degrees Celsius, and the atmospheric pressure is 92.8 kPa.
Second, the test is based on the experimental method of thermal efficiency in Clause 6.4.4 of CJ/T386-2012 "Integrated Cooker", first testing the thermal efficiency of the exhaust device when it is closed. Then, test the thermal efficiency of the exhaust device when it is set at the highest gear, and finally calculate the thermal efficiency of the integrated stove.
Third, the experimental results test environment and gas parameters are shown in Table 1, thermal efficiency test results are shown in Table 2.
IV. Analysis of the results It can be seen from Table 2 that under the premise that the other factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the integrated stove are basically the same, the thermal efficiency of the two types of integrated stoves when the exhaust device is closed is not much different, and when the exhaust device is opened, the ring is closed. The thermal efficiency of the suction integrated stove is 7% lower than that of the side suction integrated stove, which results in a thermal efficiency of 4.2% lower than that of the side suction integrated stove.
The ring suction type integrated stove oil smoke suction nozzle is too close to the flame to reduce the heat retention time on the bottom of the pot. The insufficient oxygen is enough to cause insufficient combustion. The main reason is that the loop suction type integrated stove has lower thermal efficiency than the side suction type integrated stove. However, the ring suction type integrated stove has strong oil fume capability, so the side suction type and the ring suction type integrated stove have their own characteristics, and the key lies in how consumers choose.
