TRCEX40400 is an exothermic foaming agent for polyolefins, PVC, ABS, PS and cross-linked polyolefins. This foaming agent can also be used in food packaging materials. It is an efficient, active ingredient up to 40% of the formulation, its amount is only 0.25% is very effective, if the amount of the product to reach 1.5% can be prepared very light extrusion molding and injection molding products, in cross-linked foam according to its density requirements The maximum amount of product is 1% ~ 4%. The appearance of the TRCEX40400 is orange and the processing temperature is at least 210Â°C.
