Packaging and decoration design and production performance method

1. Sketching

Sketching is the basic method of converting a design idea into a visual image by omitting the detailed, scale-down, quick deconstruction of the concept drawing. You can use pencils, markers, and colored pencils to quickly draw design sketches. The size and length of the fonts marked on the sketches can be represented by squares or parallel lines. The illustrations can be simply drawn or clipped photo materials to arrange and express the design concept as a design. The division itself is referenced and selected and not presented to customers.

2. Draft drawing

The first draft is in many sketches and design drawings, after evaluation and screening, with a 1:1 ratio of actual packaging, with more elaborate graphics, text drawing and structure production. The first draft should include the delineation of brands, standard words and graphics. The name, composition and description of the company can be sketched on the screen. The first draft is for the purpose of further correcting and improving the sketch. It is generally expressed in gouache colors and mics.

3. Layout

The drafting requirements must be very similar to the finished product packaging, and it is based on the first draft and then revised and refined. Can use black and white and color photos, color inkjet and Marker to draw, the text can be used to transfer the word or handwriting, you can use the computer to draw a beautiful design of color draft. Its purpose is to represent the expected effect of the packaging of goods, should be drawn according to the actual size.

4. Plate drafting

In addition to offset printing, which can be used for direct shooting of film drafts and electric parting plates, the drafting of drafting plates must be based on the color drafts in addition to the drafting plates that distinguish colors, also known as black-and-white drafts. When it is produced, it is necessary to first make a detailed understanding of the size of the manuscript and the number of sets used. Large drawings can be drawn to the original size, small drawings need to be enlarged and drawn, and can be multiplied or diagonally enlarged. The manuscript must be accurately marked with the size of the manuscript. Hemorrhage of the manuscript should be 3 mm on the exit line for the finished incision line. An artwork needs to be plated separately because of the different colors. In fact, its color blocks only need to use the linear pen or needle pen to draw out the edge line without having to fill the color. After the manuscript is completed, a crosshair is drawn in the middle of the manuscript on the left, right, and left and right sides so that the imposition and print registration can be accurately used.
