2 It is not appropriate to adopt the process of overlaying ice ink on the color ink layer. If such a process is applied to the printing of iced ink, the final pattern effect and firmness of the iced ink will be affected, because different inks of different colors absorb different levels of ultraviolet light. It is recommended to use colored iced inks that have been adjusted.
3 The ice print ink should be fully stirred before printing to make it uniform. In particular, when mixing several patterns of ice-ink ink, use a bamboo plate to stir. When used in large quantities, it is best to stir with a wide-blade stirrer. The blade tilt angle in the mixer is 30~45°.
4 After the printing, cure and dry immediately. Ice flower UV ink using intermittent curing method, the print speed on the curing machine is 25 ~ 35m/min. The curing light source consists of six UV lamps arranged side-by-side, the power intensity is 60~80W/cm, the interval between the lamps is 60~80cm, and the light intensity of the first 3 lamps is controlled to be (3~4)*10- At 4 W/cm2, the light intensity of the last three UV lamps was controlled to be (4.5-5.5) 10-4 W/cm2. When curing, after passing through the first 3 UV lamps, the printed product should be blown in the cooling zone, then enter the curing zone of the last 3 lamps, and then blown with cold air.
