High Performance UV Dryer JUMBO-SBK 10015/PH

UV specialist Uviterno AG from Switzerland, CH-9442 Berneck introduced a new product: its well-known high-performance model, the proven JUMBO-SBK 6015 / 8015, 6 / 8 kW UV drying system. The combination of this rugged and reliable system with the newly designed “phase shifter” electronic power control unit enables it to achieve effective dry output for pulse operation of 10 kW or 670 watts/cm; although the current physical limit for mercury lamps is approximately 530 watts. /cm. This allows continuous UV drying performance (>600 pieces/minute) even at increasing printing speeds. Another advantage of this system is stepless control; this guarantees optimal machine application and dry output regulation. No matter how the total power supply fluctuates, the selected output can always be maintained at a constant level. In addition to its high performance, this system also features a countdown clock operation mode; it helps users save energy, extend lamp life, and reduce the temperature load on printed items.
