The production line is designed to reduce the cost of pulp molded products, improve the oil resistance and waterproof performance of the products, and improve the shelf life of packaged foods.
According to reports, the placement of the paper molding product line, spraying and drying can be carried out automatically, without the need for manual participation, spraying emulsion with low cost and utilization rate of 100%, uniform film formation and high speed. The production line adopts micro-computer control of the door, with a daily output of 60,000, requiring two operators, with an installed capacity of 12KW and an air source pressure of 4-6kg/cm2.
